About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator at Coreware, you’ll play a key role in managing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Coordinator at Coreware, you’ll play a key role in managing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our strategic goals.

  • Plan, develop, and manage marketing projects from conception to completion.

  • Coordinate dealer & trade show schedules, materials, and logistics.

  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely execution of campaigns and materials.

  • Work closely with marketing, design, content, and development teams to achieve project objectives.

  • Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to track progress effectively.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, providing solutions when challenges arise.

  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize future strategies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

  • Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, or trade shows.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and problem-solve proactively.

  • A keen eye for design and branding, with a solid understanding of front-end technologies (a plus).

  • Experience using marketing tools and platforms (CRM, project management software, analytics tools, etc.).

  • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and creative marketing solutions.
