Free Range Returns Are No Longer Supported

In an effort to enhance security and protect both our business and our valued customers, we are making a key change to our return process—free range returns will no longer be supported.

What does this mean?

Free range returns—where refunds are issued freely to any payment method without verification —leave businesses vulnerable to fraud, lost revenue, and bad actors taking advantage of the system. By tightening our return policies, we are ensuring that returns are processed securely and that store revenue stays within the business.

How will refunds be handled?

To maintain a seamless customer experience while improving security, refunds will now be issued in ways that keep customers engaged with your store:

• Gift Cards – Ensure customers can use their refund on future purchases.

• Store Credit – Encourages continued shopping while keeping transactions secure.

• Verified Payment Method Refunds – When necessary, refunds will be processed to the original payment method with proper verification.

These changes protect against fraudulent returns, reduce revenue loss, and help your business thrive by ensuring refunded money is still spent with you.
