Welcome back to coreWEEKLY, your go-to guide for working smarter, not harder, in retail. This week, we’re diving into a major sales leak hiding in plain sight: the customer who walks out without saying a single word. We break down why these "browsers" are actually ready to buy, and how you can stop losing them at the door.

Beyond capturing those quiet sales, we're officially introducing Action Plans, our workflow automation engine designed to effortlessly manage your customer journeys. We're also sharing a quick corePOW tip on how to turn almost any spare screen into an intelligent customer display, followed by a Help Desk breakdown on using Assemblies to track inventory when building final products from components. Plus, you can secure your virtual seat for our upcoming webinar with Action Target on July 10, or catch up on everything you missed with a fresh replay of coreBLAST Episode 16. Let’s dive right in!

The Customer Who Won’t Ask for Help Is Still Trying to Buy

One of the easiest sales to lose in a gun store is the one that never looks like a sale at all. The customer walks in, looks around, circles the counter, glances at a few handguns, maybe checks the ammo wall, then slowly works their way back to the door. Nobody was rude. Nobody ignored them on purpose. The store may have been busy, the staff may have been helping other people, and the customer may have looked like they were “just browsing.” Then they leave, and everyone moves on. The problem is that many of those customers were not just browsing. They were trying to buy, but they were also trying not to look uninformed, uncomfortable, or out of place while doing it.

🛠️ Help Desk: Assemblies – Building Final Products from Components

Assemblies in coreSTORE enable you to create final products by combining components. As assemblies are completed, inventory is automatically adjusted by depleting the necessary components. This feature is especially crucial for businesses manufacturing serialized items, ensuring efficient inventory tracking and seamless product creation.
